Merging deep Texas roots with a West coast vibe, their songs run from pensive and introspective to defiant and hard-driving. Originally from Austin, they are currently calling Portland, Oregon home.
The Prairie Benders Experience The Prairie Benders original and distinctly dark Americana/Folk Rock sound. Husse's beats appeal to a hip-hop audience, while his vocal performance and guitar playing expand his audience to pop and alternative listeners. Husse pulls from his experience as a Korean Immigrant. He works full-time as a locally-adored performing artist and a producer in Anchorage, Alaska. Husse has notably supported P-Lo.
Cariño Instagram/Spotify/Bandcamp: Fusing elements of Midwest emo and contemporary pop, Filipino-American singer-songwriter Cariño delivers enveloping themes of heartbreak over shimmering plains of guitar. With a clear sonic vision, the Alaskan-born artist continues to hone his sound with each release.
Kvsper - His music perfectly captures the spirit of contemporary hip hop, combining trap, R&B, and soul seamlessly to produce a fascinating and intensely personal sound. Kvsper's skill as a lyricist is demonstrated by his ability to weave narratives and express unfiltered emotions in his verses. His lyrics conjure up striking images that help listeners empathize profoundly with his music.

Lacabra + Anthares (France) with Ravine and Atomic Terror
Anthares, Thrash metal band from Morlaix, Brittany It was in 1994 that Fanfan and Fanch, guitarist and drummer respectively, formed the group, quickly followed by Phil on bass. An Ep produced by Pat O'May was released in 1997. In 1998 a second guitarist joined the trio. They play with Loudblast on the "Fragments" tour That same year the group also shared a stage with Pat O'may during the "Kinds And The War" tour. In 1999 the Album "Promémoria" was released which was very well received by the specialist press. After numerous concerts, the group finally broke up at the end of 2000. It was in 2013 that the group reformed with Fanfan, Fanch and Phil, the original trio. Julien and Tanguy join the band, on vocals for the first, on lead guitar for the second. In 2014 Anthares performed at the Hellfest Open Air Festival. Release of the 2nd opus in November 2014 "To My Last Breath".
Anthares is known for its sharp guitar riffs, its blacksmith rhythm and the charisma of its singer with a powerful voice. This is the ideal Thrash band for headbanging! A 3rd Album (13 tracks) “Addicted to chaos” was released in June 2019. New album “After the war” scheduled for release in 2024.

Glacier Veins + Pure Hex with Clarity and Pterosun
Glacier Veins is the Portland, OR-born dream punk group grown from the vision of vocalist and guitarist Malia Endres and in collaboration with bassist Kyle Woodrow. The band’s latest release, “Connect,” is a b-side to their introspective sophomore album ‘Lunar Reflection,’ which was released on Equal Vision Records in March 2022. Since the project’s 2015 conception, Glacier Veins continues to create energetic and emotional music while evolving their sound, focus, and presence as a band through the members’ individual and collective experiences and interests. After signing to Equal Vision Records in 2019, the band released their debut album ‘The World You Want To See’ in February 2020. Supporting standards on a 2022 full US tour and Have Mercy on their farewell tour in 2020, along with appearances at the Vans Warped Tour, Bled Fest, and Treefort Fest, are highlights of the band’s performance history. With gratitude for these past opportunities, Glacier Veins continues to dream of and work toward expressing themselves and connecting with others through their music and performances.
Pure Hex is an East Bay-based “shoegaze-adjacent alternative rock band” prepping for the release of the first half of their double LP in May. Shoegaze is a subgenre of indie and alternative rock that incorporates mixing obscure vocals, feedback and distorted effects with high volume.
Clarity is a rock band from Portland, Oregon. They’ve been described as nu-metal, grunge, hardcore, emo, punk, shoegazey, and everything in between. Camp Crush with Delusions and Tenants
Camp Crush is a New Wave duo out of Portland, OR. Formed in 2017 by singer/keyboardist Jen Deale and drummer Chris Spicer, the husband-and-wife band launched onto the northwest music scene with their vocal-forward synth-rich pop tunes and dynamic live performance. Happy Mag describes them best: “The duo glide through a cinematic brand of indie-pop that is completely endearing and damn-near mesmerizing.”
Partnering with grammy-nominated engineer & producer Rian Lewis (Doja Cat, Gorillaz, Chromeo, Louis the Child, D.R.A.M.), Camp Crush released their 4th EP Always? in July of 2022 and are set to release their debut full-length album in 2024.
Inspired by bands like The Cure, New Order, Berlin and Blondie, the duo continues to evolve, bridging influences of the past and modern day pop sounds. OPB Music says, “Deale’s booming voice carries the songs while Spicer provides the perfect, steady backbeat, and they exude genuine happiness during every song.”

OOPSY DAZEY is a four piece fuzz-laden garagegaze band. The debut self-titled album was recorded by Anthony Gaglia (LáGoon, The Crooked Whispers) and Jamie Yeats (Wizzerd) over the course of 2023. Since then, guitarist Anakin Senn and bassist Kenny Coombs have been added to the band and OOPSY DAZEY has become a real working band with lots on its plate. Oops.

Forty Feet Tall Forty Feet Tall isn’t afraid to say that the kids aren’t alright. That’s part of how they express love, for each other and their audience. Gigs routinely climax with incendiary showstoppers (“We Can’t Go Back to Normal,” “BOIL”) that find Cole tangled up in mic cords or diving into the crowd. But their outrage is anchored in hope, and a drive to do better. Whether there are three people or 3,000 in the crowd, FFT plays like lives are hanging in the balance.
In a sense, they are. These four friends want nothing more than to rock your socks off. As hilarious as they are on Tik Tok, they prefer to be up close and personal. The prohibitions of the pandemic years only amplified that desire. Their music may sound loud and confrontational, but the community they’ve built around it resonates with positivity. Basement Beatz was started and is ran by a collective of creatives who want to take a break from the club scene and bring dancing back to EDM parties. In a more intimate, small, and underground DIY setting. Like the 90’s underground EDM scene, where parties were thrown in warehouses, basements, and garages. While we’ll find other ways to promote the DJ/Artist, names will never be featured on the flyer for the focus is to be on the setting and energy of that night, which is why it makes every night so unique.
Instead of listing artists, we will list the genres you can expect that night. However we will not be limited to genres or languages and will host local DJs from a wide variety of music sub-genres including DNB, House, Break beat, Trap, Techno, UKG, Global, experimental, and more. Come dance with us for our third gathering, on Saturday February 17th.

Vueltas is a politically-charged dark punk trio from Portland, Oregon.

Temple are a Deathrock trio based out of Portland, Oregon. Their most current LP release “Submission” was released in June 2023.

Badvril San Francisco based, Badvril, is derived directly from dichotomy. From creating contrast both sonically and aesthetically, the band seeks to generate a persona that is true to the creator, lead singer, and lead guitarist, Becket Schroeder. Badvril pulls influence from rural upbringings representing their diy spirit while also drawing from city elements in their visual storytelling. Additionally, the band attempts to layer soft hazy vocals with jarring instrumentals to further their juxtaposing ideals. Recently, the band ventured on a 3 week tour in support of their demo tape Dust Remover. Badvril will continue to expand and evolve given their fluid nature.

Like The Lemonheads but with more primal yelping, the moment when their retro-referencing tunes seem to be veering too much in a pleasant, palatable garage-punk direction, their teeny weeny singer Danny Delegato – the lovechild of Noel Fielding and one of The Monkees – lets go a grave-spinning, throat-slashing screech before indulging in some energetic and muscle-tearing mic-robatics.
